How to report stolen video

I spent money on fiverr to get a video and add it to my fb pages and made ads and i see another page running the same ads with my video
i can't find where to report such thing
the report on the post only provide some option that are not my case

maybe the person on fiverr delivered same thingto you two

Contact them first directly and ask them what is the deal... or ask them that you think it is an awesome ad and who made it for you..... if they say fiverr or something like that... then knock on your fiverr seller.... with these things it can difficult but I don't think it is hard to find the culprit in this case...

- Either the fiverr seller resold it
- someone stole it

If the fiverr seller resold it, then knock on their door or fiverr support.....if they guy has copied and reused your video

p.s. was it 1:1 copy or a bit edited with their own naming? if the same video was used but with their company details instead of your then it might be the fiverr guy who used the template and just changed names?
