How to report someone?

Hey there, my videos are stolen by some fags on youtube, i'd like to know if someone could help me with report things and got their videos down. Thanks in advanced.

click this flag under the viewcounter from the stolen video
choose this option
and from there you just have to fill out the form and everything.
Be sure to use real information or else YouTube will not look into your complain.
Also, it might take several weeks to get the video removed.
