How to report SEO to clients?

Hi!

I'm planning to do SEO gigs in Fiverr, but I'm kinda stuck on how to present/report things like keyword research, competitor analysis etc. Is there any tools to automate this or any templates in excel for this? Been searching for a method to show the results in a nice looking way, but can't seem to find anything good. Any advice/tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
