Hey everyone, I found a Reddit post spreading false and potentially harmful information, but reporting it doesn’t always work. I am wondering if there are effective ways to get such posts removed. Any advice?

Maybe massive reports with other accounts, hiring microworkers or hiring someone to take down this Reddit post.

Tell us more about it and perhaps we can help with mass reporting.

Perhaps those Reddit comments may not be appearing to be false or harmful as per Reddit's policies. Sometimes what we see to be as false or harmful, may not be false or harmful as per reality.

Pay the mods 100$ and they will remove it for you, send them a modmail and ask them to contact you on telegram
Have you done anything like this? I am sure it is against the Reddit guidelines and not sure if mods are doing such activities.

what harmful material, is like disinformation, or misinformation about a particular subject, like politics. those are hit and miss, potentially you can get banned as a response of reporting them(ive tried on a couple different accounts) some of the subs either says its not "reportable" or you can banned for report abuse for too many reports.

brigading, trying to mass report only will get all those accts banned at once, there are on to that. try contacting that mod/ or report it to reddit its usually the first option when you click the report button. this will probably get you permaban from the site.

Some subs are complicit and may allow the comment. such as conservative subs, allowing false/misinformation, will not do anything against comments.

Paying mods can help, also try downvoting the post and try to add context to situation along with a lot of positive comments. Mass reporting can sometimes works and sometime it doesn't
