okay guys im moving on from this theme now though ill still offer some support on this thread i have found a great theme for this type of blog and will reveal all soon when i play with it a bit more

no he doesnt as i have been using the same feeds he has for the last 2 weeks and if you look on his about page it shows a list of all the sites he uses for feeds ... also look in his posts most of the posts have ...read more at the end and link to the original site...it is an aggregate site of about 20 feeds

sorry cashcow im still looking at it,
i have now reverted back to the original theme again due to a problem with my new theme...if anyone wants to help develop the new theme any help will be much appretiated...you can see a trial of the new theme http://yourpremiumfitness.com.
if anyone could help with getting the thumbnail to show on the home page that would be great...it doesnt work as the wp-o-matic cache is seperate to wordpress gallery... need to change the cache to wordpress gallery but wp-o-matic doesnt allow this from the interface.

cashcow its not a plugin its part of the theme which is why im having the problem of getting the thumbnails to show as it automatically pulls the image from wordpress gallery ie uploads but wp-o-matic puts images in the cache...so i need to find out how to change wp-o-matic to store the images in the wp-gallery not in the cache if you get what i mean!
lucian999 do you mean linking to the original source on the home page ie ...read more takes you directly to the original article?
Also ive had a few queries about putting together autoblogs for people if anyone wants one ready made i can do it for $10 but you will have to provide me with ftp access and an administrator acc on wp.

i dont think everyone is doing a tech blog most i have looked at are doing other such as fitness etc mate its just a thread to help people set up the theme not the content
