SEO Services are much different that what they were 2-3 years ago. Back then SEO service was mostly about number of links, the more links - the better service.
With all of the recent updates though service buyers are more and more concerned about how to avoid bad quality services that might bring more damage that benefits.. The probably most common attribute of any SEO service today is a high quality tier 1 links. Links must be coming from high authority domains and placed in the context of relevant articles / blog posts. And as a result more and more services moving away from automated tools for tier 1 links and do it manually.
