    Hi,

    To those that use CTR Theme for wordpress, how do you remove "Powered by CTR Theme" from the footer?

    I do not want to delete unnecessary code.

    Thanks

    hey Bobby,

    you should delete the:

    wp_footer();

    part in the footer.php

    Say if it helps.

    if you are unsure, just comment it out in PHP. TO do this, put // in front of a line within php tags....that way, you can always revert.

    you can find the footer.php
    or
    you can simply open the design in dreamweaver or illustrator and then highlight the design then move to the code page you will see that the codes are also highlighted, read it properly you might find what you see in the live site then just a small tweak to remove what you want ot and repalce it with your site

    For CTR Theme, I think there is an option in the dashboard to turn ON or OFF that attribution link. I used to do that when I was using CTR Theme.
