Hello members,

MY site was recently got hit with malware and the malware created 30,000+ pages on my site with japanese text , links and images..

After I found the malware I deleted my site completely and changed my hostings too.

Now everything is fine. but, in SERP my site is still showing those links.. After on going the links it gives 404 error though... But still it is showing ..

So, how i can deindex those ?? Will it hurt my sites reputation and ranking.

I think the fastest way is through URL Removal from Google Search Console.

You can let them vanish naturally too but it will take longer.

Use google webmasters to remove the urls by choosing to remove temporarily.
Also, you could have added <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> to your website, that would have deindexed your website too!
Also, you can add the noindex thing in your robots file.

Are these unwanted urls under a specific directory? Using Google webmaster tools would allow you to remove them easily. You can do so at directory level or url level.

First and foremost, clean the site. Re-install your scripts and restore your posts from a backup. This will ensure you have totally cleaned the site. Next, remove unwanted urls from google webmasters.

Remove the pages, reupload the backup of your website, create a brand-new sitemap, submit sitemap.

Then visit
Code:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/url-removal

and starta removing
