You can remove via diswao tool, you can also check your whole backlinks via different tools like ahrefs semrush, they will also help you to find spammy backlinks, But i will not do anything with diswao tool, until i got panelized (my opinion)

Collect the list and do check with semrush or ahrefs tool and identify the spammy links, finally go with disavow process.
