Simple, you can get it removed. You need to find REAL people from your local area to "report" the bad review.
 
Unfortunately, there is no way to remove all of the negative reviews. If you request that Google delete a negative review, it will delete a few reviews, one of which is a new Google Maps ID or just a created review ID. You cannot remove old guide reviews from Google Maps.

It's definitely possible to remove bad reviews. I once hired a guy to do negative reviews on a place, and he pulled a double-agent where after he delivered, he contacted the owner of the place and offered to remove the negative reviews for a fee. He got paid on both ends this way and I was surprised as HELL to see even REAL customer reviews of people that were upset with his business get removed. Whatever method they were doing worked.
 
use google review removal service here, there are a lot of providers, also be careful, there are a lot of con artists out there.
 
Well you can flag the comment if you feel that is a fake/ negative comment, you can try to address the issue or concern in a responsive way, to show that you are open to help make things right, in that way it ll set a positive perspective , also ask people to leave a positive feedback if they found the service satisfactory
 
If it's your review, delete it immediately - it only takes 30 seconds. If it's a review they posted on your GBP, report it if it breaks the rules, but don't expect Google to agree unless it's super obvious.

Well you can’t delete reviews unless they break the rules, but you can report, respond, or ask the reviewer to remove or fix it.
 
I took turns reporting it using five different accounts. That’s when it got taken down.
 
The best way to avoid Bad Google Reviews is to not earn a bad Google Review ;)
 
You can’t directly delete a negative review from your Google Business Profile (GBP) unless you wrote it yourself. Google doesn’t let businesses hit a delete button—reviews stay unless they violate Google’s rules or the reviewer removes them. But there are steps you can take to get rid of unfair or harmful ones.
