how to remove meta tag robots noindex

recently i have found on google about meta tag robot noindex

how to remove it because on google ahrefs blog said if your blog contains noindex tags then google not going to indexed your article

please tell me how to remove this tag from the medium blog

You can not remove it from medium blog.

Only medium can remove it.
