If i search my keywords it will show one bad review from other site on first page. i cant push back that link.

Its million doller question !! try to post a positive review such site where the bad review is posted .rank them in serp .Also report webmaster about your negative review that will help to remove negative feedback.

Need to do reputation management. Build profiles on social networking sites for the same keyword to push the negative result down.

As rankwatch said, do ORM (online reputation management) to bring down the negative results for same keyword by using some social media profiles like Facebook, twitter, Google+, linked-in.. This will help you lot rather than doing other things..

How about pushing the link (search result) down? Here is a domain I need to push down goo .gl/jMwH6 (the page was published in the start of 2013 & appears if we search the name) The post is ranking as it has dozens of (genuine) comments.
I've tried building 100s of good SM profiles, blog posts, backlinks to positive results, etc. all the links I created are appearing on 2nd page and some of them are on 1st page for name variation. But not even a single link able to push this domain by a signle position.
Not sure, if I build spun content links, bad blog network - would able to push it down due to Penguin effect? Its a good site actually with lots of natural links and comments.
Any advise?

You can't remove a bad review, but you can drown it in good reviews.
I bought an electronics item from Amazon which sucked. I left a legitimate bad review which was 100% true. The other day I checked and there are 200 replies to it saying how I am Hitler and a liar and there are 20 reviews on top of mine saying how great the product is and minus 200 of 1000 found my review useful.
And...this is a very well known worldwide brand....they probably pay millions of $ yearly for dedicated teams of reviewers.

You need a reputation management service to help you out, there are obviously one's out there. Reputation management companies help by pushing the good stuff up (or create it) and push the bad stuff down. That way you've got a better profile all around.
