How to remove a google negative review?

I am curious too. I think they have several quality gmail profiles that mark it as spam and report it over and over again. Its the only tool that I know that can work unless they have someone on the inside that can manually delete them.
 
Well, I don't think anyone will give their method away for free, you can make a bot to spam report and Google will automatically flag this review
 
I think this done by proving that he is not a real client of that product or services. For this they convince google advocate that this is a spam comments. Seeking experts attention to debunk this. Lets see if someone helps.
 
You can’t really “delete” reviews unless they violate Google’s rules. Flagging is your best bet.
 
Most of them use dispute methods or legal request loopholes. Some also mass-report reviews as policy violations. It’s tricky but doable with the right approach.
 
Reporting the review from multiple accounts works fine. I have seen some businesses with employees leaving positive reviews and mass reporting negative reviews. They managed to maintain 4+ ratings. So, some reviews may stick but you can get rid of most of them, mainly abusive ones.

I’ve seen a few of these “pay after removal” services too. Pretty curious how they actually get the reviews deleted. I work at an agency and some of our clients have fake or unfair reviews, so I’m looking into how this works — not to resell, just to understand the process better. If anyone has insights, would appreciate it.
 
There are two ways to do this. The first, as everyone might guess, is to report the comment using different Gmail accounts with a high local guide level.
The second is to fill out and submit the inappropriate comment report form directly through the Gmail account associated with the business profile. If you don't receive a response from Google within three days, add a detailed explanation and request another review. You can usually get the comment removed from the business profile by sending a second appeal in a short, clear language, especially for comments selected as competitor conflicts and in the request form.

Reviews can be flagged for offensive content, spam, or if they violate Google's policies, but removal is not guaranteed.
 
You can’t delete it yourself, but you can report it to Google if it breaks their rules or ask the person to update it.
