How to remote upload files to google drive?

How to remote upload movies on google drive? I want to remote upload movies from other websites which are hosted on google drive, My internet is slow My upload speed is 4MB, movies are too big and that's will take a long time, So is there any method to remote upload the movie to google drive for free and without limitations?
