I am going to start a Black hat website. Can someone guide me how to remain anonymous with bitcoin wallets.? How to purchase them, transfer etc.?

Simple exchange your btc to monero. Than exchange it back to btc, there your btc become anonymous.

PAYMENT (bitcoin > swap to monero > pay in bitcoin from monero via xmr.to) Adding to it, start with bitcoin (exchange or whatever source) and convert your bitcoin into monero (xmr) using CakeWallet App (it has api integrations to immediately swap bitcoin to xmr), than you will have monero (xmr) in your CakeWallet App (wallet) - now either make payment in monero (xmr) or pay in bitcoin using another integration in app (xmr.to) to pay in bitcoin from your monero (xmr) wallet.

RECEIPT (bitcoin > swap to monero > send to bitcoin wallet at your exchange > withdraw to bank) - main thing is involving monero (xmr) between the transaction, above thing can be adjusted/rearranged to get payment anonymously (where anonymously means ultimate source of income cannot be tracked - you can get away by saying i do blah blah or show other site, if ever need to report to tax authorities).

You do not need to purchase wallets. By nature every transaction on Bitcoin wallets are supposed to be anonymous, as long as you do not leave a fiat trail. Best way to ensure that is by using coin mixing services like Chipmixer etc.
