How to release funds sooner?

I started dropshipping today and sold a laptop for 170$ where it costs me only 122 and free shipping. I added 15 $ for shipping in the auction. The buyer sent me the money but GayPal held the funds. Now, i don't have money to buy him what he wants so i refunded immediately !! What to do in such cases? I mean what to do to make the payment immediately released?

I think you should use egay accounts with atleast 100 feedbacks. Or accounts have been a member for 6 months.
In your case the money is released once the customer put a positive feedback. Or after 3 days the item was shipped.
Just convinced your customer to put you a positive feedback or send the money directly to your gaypal acocunt.
