How to reindexed domain to Google without Sitemap?

Hello,

What is the best way to get a domain reindexed to Google without sending a sitemap? I am trying putting link on facebook and twitter is that good? What you can recommend me to do it. Thanks!




PS: Remember I am reindeixing an expired domain that was deleted from Google index by previous owner not because domain is penalized.

Add the site again to webmaster tools and reverse the url removal if that was the method the previous owner used to deindex the site. If it was deindexed by Google, just build one or two links to the site and wait for Google to recrawl it.

Because I am trying to avoid linking this domains to WMT if possible.
