i want to reindex my site and remove my old index pages from google.
How to do it?

If you want to have Google index your new pages and drop your old the best thing to do is to make sure you have a good sitemap for the bots to find. I would also 301 your old pages to the new ones as well if you do not have too many of them. How long the change over takes really depends on how often the bots come to your site. I could be a couple of days, could be a couple of weeks.

If you already have your site setup in Google webmaster tools I would submit the new sitemap there but would probably not bother adding it if the site is not already setup. A proper sitemap on your site will do just about as much good.
