How to register on Survey site ?

I want to register on survey site which is not availabel in my country. What should I use? Apparently they ban VPN's, in this case the only option is private VPS ? Or is there any other option cheaper option available? Antidetect browser maybe? I am a little bit back in this proxy technology. Pls help me out. THX
