How to register multiple twitter accounts?

Hi all!

I need to register 100 twitter accounts.
Here is what I know for this accounts not to be banned:

- using one IP for not more than 3 registrations
- deleting cookies after every 3 registrations
- using different pictures for each account
- using different links for each account

Please correct me or share with me any tips in registering multiple twitter accounts.
