I want to get traffic from Twitter and i know i need many twitter account with follower get it. So please explain me: How i can register twitter account without phone number verify and without banned?

If you don't know how then just buy them. They are pretty cheap.

You add a account with a single virgin ip address ,
Hopefully the account was created with bio filled in correctly ,
and using a woman profiles seem to last longer then a mans profile they
also last longer then men profiles.

Purchase some phone verified accounts.
Purchase some good private proxies.
use 1 proxy for max 2 accounts.
make settings of your bot safe ( follow/unfollow )

Think thrice before doing this,because you need to have some dedicated proxies coz many people are getting problems just because of this.
