How to register expired web 2.0 ?

So the thing its , after i found a quality web 2.0 , how should i go and register it ? using a vpn and each time i register a new one to get a new ip ? also if i find a way to do this step properly , after i logout from the web 2.0 how do i connect back ? can i log in from my own home ip ?

Use different proxy ip for several accounts on the same web 2, exemple if you find 5 web2 on wordpress you need 5 IP, if it's 5 web2 on differents site you can have only 1 IP

Don't forget to clean your cookies between each session on the same web2 site
 
I also want to know if there is a guide or what type of web 2.0 expired can be registered again? only tumblr? or any other platforms too?

read both and no one its saying how to register them safely

Tumblrs are easy to register, but as K.H.R gave guides they are assets. try to read it.
 
Unless you are going to register like 20 to 30 web 2.0 on a single IP on a single platform, you don't need to worry about safe method of registering expired Web 2.0. Just don't post the links as soon as you create. Wait for 2 days and then proceed
 
Its best to use a different ip for each new expired 2.0 account if it has good metrics. And when you log in again, you should preferably use the same ip that you originally used to register.
