Hello fellas, I'm having a hard time to register at Qiwi. They are not sending not even the confirmation SMS! See Screenshots below:

Anyone has a clue what is going on?

Maybe because QIWI doesn't work in US, they don't allow accounts from US.

Try w/ russian phone number or you can always buy qiwi account.
