How to register a merchant account without history processing?

I wonder how to get a payment processor account without history processing? Most PSPs ask for it, unless you have a payment processor before, then you don't have legit history processing ( Say no with PayPal, they're worst ).
Does anyone have a solution?

CCBill could work for you, they did not ask me for that.

CCBill requires the UBO must have a physical presence in the UK and also must have a physical office in the UK.
I'm from southeast Asia so that is little trouble for me.
My business is not as big as I can fly to UK to open the physical office, do have any solution for this situation?

I tried but they blocking the accounts fast, so this is not a stable solution. ( My service is SMM )
Do you think a service like Flutterwave is a stable solution? I can buy a Flutterwave account

Haven't tried Flutterwave yet.

Try Paykings or Rapyd.net

I have seen some SMM providers using Paypal attached to a UK company and Wise bank account.
