My client accidentally removed himself as an admin from a Facebook page and now he is not able to manage it. I tried the following link https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/1280439701975125 but it didn't show his page. Let me know if anyone can help?

If you do not have a second admin who can re-grant administrator rights, then unfortunately there is nothing you can do

Currently (as far as Facebook stated) due to Covid, Facebook support is limited and not available to cases such as this. I suggest you to wait until their support staff extended.
