Seems like a non-issue to me, just throw the letter in the bin. Seems like people reacts to much nowadays.

true, but a lot of people are still scared shitless of breaking the law (that doesn't exist) and for such fellows this is a wake up call...

Anyway, for me that letter was a fun way of dealing with scammers, so I wanted to share it
