I have a website with having spam score of 15 % what should I do to reduce that.

Try to remove low quality links or disavow. Follow all onpage factors. If your rankings are stable & getting more keywords rankings then your site is performing well.
can you explain the disallow method.

unless you have a manual penalty, stay away from disavowing,
you don't want to lose some links that your website might be ranking with just because of some trashy metric

just ignore spam score, it has never been a thing to rely on

To reduce spam scores by removing spam links and get quality backlinks for your website.
Disavow Bad Backlinks in Google Search and Give mixed Backlinks from trusted sites it will be reduced.

Remove spam links or low-quality links in your site and collect the spammy backlinks and submit them to Disavow in the google search console.

Also, do proper on-page SEO and create some quality backlinks.

focus more on high quality backlinks with high metrics with KW rich domains so it would turn your website score as needed

Main reason for high spam score is link to a spam sites and also low quality sites. Identify such toxic links and remove all your spamming backlinks. So choose high quality websites to link your sites. Make sure that you link to trustworthy websites.

Avoid ‘dodgy’ domain extensions. Eg ( .rest, .buzz, .gq, .cf etc. )
Make sure you add the right pages
Avoid usage of spam sensitive words and phrases.
Add your proper address like phone number, email address.
Use normal text inside hyperlinks, instead of the URL
Avoid HTML errors, unsupported techniques, obscure content, obfuscation.

Remove bad links and toxic backlinks and build high quality backlinks with low spam score.

- Delete the spam
- Don't spam (email, forums, etc)

A score up to 30% is considered a lower spam score, so your score is pretty good.
It is not an important metric to consider.
But still, if you want to reduce it further you should avoid using spam-sensitive words or sentences, URL inside the hyperlink and prefer normal words instead, avoid mysterious content, HTML, and technical errors, and use short images and proper subject lines.
