How to Reduce CPA?

I have a Google Ads campaign that has been running for quite some time. My bid strategy is target CPA, and I am striving to optimize it to maximize profits. However, I've encountered an issue where my campaign only generates conversions when the CPA is high. Despite my efforts, I struggle to achieve profitability; it seems that my campaign spends $100 but only yields a profit of $105. When I attempt to lower the CPA, it either doesn't result in profit or only generates 1-3 conversions per day.

How can I address this issue? Could you please share any tips?

when you make changes you should expect campaign performance to dip for 2-3 weeks so patience is key here. Also unless you have atleast 50 sales tracked, I recommend you don’t use target cpa or target roas. But yeah you need to let google learn for 3 preferably 4-5 weeks before judging the change.
