Currently editing youtube videos takes much more time for me than recording these videos . How can I reduce this time ?

Outsource it and give it to actual editors? But to be honest it's normal that editing takes more time than just filming or creating the content. It's where the actual value gets added. There's a big difference in a well edited and a poorly done video.

Outsourcing has the demerit that the editor will have a different style. Now my audience is habituated to certain type of editing . Will there number or engagement remain same in transition ?

Two thoughts:
1. You can make sure that the editor uses the same style as you. Especially for someone professional this shouldn't be an issue
2. A different style doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. Your channel can develop and your audience might appreciate this. Also they might not even think that a different person has done the editing.

When you hire an editor, you will focus more on your videos. I think if your videos are starting to make money, leave it to someone else.

A simple tip is to use keyboard shortcuts as much as possible. Take one afternoon to learn them all and it will greatly speed up your editing process.

Interesting. One can simply see related YouTube videos on this topic and learn all shortcuts in few hours.

You can just outsource. You are right about the changes in the editing style.
But, this can be discussed with the editor and he should be able to maintain the style.
An editor should understand what you are after.

You must have your style documented so you can outsource, that's the proper way. Like what "things" make up that style that you do? Then you would have a template to help you get the right person, and you can say, read this, test on a test video, and check back the results, see if they are good enough for the job.

For me, careful scripting is giving better results. Instead of going directly and press the record button, if you devote enough time for scripting, it reduces the length of your clip to a large extent and ultimately editing time as well.
As mentioned by @lazouille keyboard shortcuts also saves some time during editing.
