How to reduce a website spam percentage?

i was playing with Moz and i find out that my site has 56.6% level of spam , Why is that? and how to reduce this?

Does google still have the disavow tool? Either you have spammy backlinks, you are linking to spammy sites, or there is a virus in your sites, links, or backlinks. If you’ve downloaded many programs from people on here, I wouldn’t doubt it’s your site. Run a virus scan in your Cpanel. Check any of your posts for text links that you didn’t add. I found a few text links on an old blogpost the other day that said “read more about spynotev5” in the middle of some paragraphs. I only notice when I checked my link structure.

Increase the backlink of your site more relevant niche , and just use the links with high tf cf only (check with majestic)

Add real phone number
Add link to LinkedIn page
Add real email address
Use HTTPS
Add FB tracking pixel
Use natural OBL's (not too many or too few)

Those are ones you can easily control. Many others are difficult (domain name related) or require plugins/custom coding (meta tags/description).

I don't know how often Moz updates their Spam Score, but those should get you going in the right direction.

Spam score can harm your website, Google can do a penalty for this. If you want to solve this issue you need to find out low-quality spamming backlinks and need to disavow these types of links. Then you need to do some High DR DA niche-related backlinks. I can sure you you can do improve if you doing this.

I think Google doesn't count bad links to derank a website now ( so disavow links is no use now), you can try to get high authority and your website-related website backlinks, it will help to reduce you spam score. Also if your website have spam content, you have to delete those pages as well.

You can also use some Anti-spam plugins, implement, email filtering, Regularly update the website service.

You can do, do follow/ unfollow, increase the backlinks, regularly update website & plugins, utilize blacklist & IP blocking, implement spam filters.
