Add Google Tag Manager
Add real phone number
Add link to LinkedIn page
Add real email address
Use HTTPS
Add FB tracking pixel
Use natural OBL's (not too many or too few)
Avoid spam topics
Those are ones you can easily control. Many others are difficult (domain name related) or require plugins/custom coding (meta tags/description).
I don't know how often Moz updates their Spam Score, but those should get you going in the right direction.
