HOW to redirect WP posts??

non of the plugins work for my site or after install i cant locate the plugin for redirection..

is there any other way to do fast redirect from my posts to another url?

What do you mean none of them work? Just go to Plugins > Add new, and search for "Redirection".
 
The plugin tends to be active on the post that you want to redirect.
 
I'm using this one. It's working fine for me and allows 301,302,307 and meta redirect of posts and pages. And it's free.
