I am renting out a site of mine to a local company, and want to make it so when anyone comes to my site, it automatically redirects to my clients websites.

I wanna do this without passing on any PR from my site (I believe a 301 redirect does that).

    Any other options?

Perhaps you can use 302 redirect, it's temporary redirection and should not pass any value to other domain except passing visitors...

    A 302 Server Header, or a JavaScript/Meta Refresh redirect.
