How to Redirect A Facebook User To An Outside URL?

I have seen many postes on facebook groupes and pages of people posting some pictures (nudity and shit..) and when you click on that picture and -sometimes it lookes like a video- it redirects you to an unrelevant website with adsense, so i think people are making tones of money with this trick

DOES ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THAT?
