How to redeem Facebook 50$ Credit

I have registered for a Hosting Account in Ipage, and Facebook offers me 50$ Credit for advertising.
They ask for Credit card for verification purpose, and yeah, I have a credit card. However, I still not clear how the verification process works, so if some of you used to redeem this credit, please kindly tell me about the process.
I want to know it because I can never ever redeem a card statement in my Fucking country led by the fuking tyrant.
If Facebook asks me to find the code blah, blah, blah likes Paypal, then I would never redeem this.
You know, I have Credit Card many year ago, but I don't have Paypal to buy stuff online, shitty sad about that...

If it is asking for creditcard verfication then just find a seller here in bhw who is selling you vcc(virtual credit cards).It can be used to verify the account.

Thanks, but I have Credit Card already, so I don't wanna mess my money up.

Go for Virtual Credit Card just to verify yourself that's all. They will not charge you anything just need only for verification
