How to recover Over Optimized anchor text?

I sent 25 pbns with decent metrics to rank an inner page of a brand new website.

My keyword from nowhere to top of page 2 but look like I can't get it to page 1 even add more pbns because over optimized.

On my PBNs, I make one brand anchor to hompage and another longtail anchor keywords (mixed with lsi) to the inner page.

So my keyword ratio maybe too high (30-40%) for the keyword.

What should I do next? How to get the site to page 1? is possible to recover the site by send more generic/brand/relate term/nonseo anchor to it or I should make another site?

Yes, you need to build some brand links, generic links, naked URL etc - copy profiles of the other sites that are on page #1 in terms of anchor diversity.

Check what your current percentage is for your target keywords on majestic or similar and then keep building links until you can bring that down.

Just build more links with other anchor text.
