How to recover my Gmail account

Please I try logging in some olds Gmail account but I didn't success.google asking for password. When I write the password they said we can not verify it's your account. How can I recover my Gmail account I don't have the Sim card where gmail want to send verification code

you can just appeal it. also try to verify your account with a number and If it have any recovery mail then add it. if it going well you can get it back. or else google will not recover it.

I'm not sure it's going to work. I had a similar situation and Google even didn't offer to send a code to me. I succeeded with it only because I found the password in my notes.

all you can do at this stage is email Google support
and ask for help.
