My client doesn't have access to his GMB profile, and he's saying he's ready to do video call verification and phone verification, but I need access to the profile. Anyone tell me process

They can claim that GMB profile by visiting it and surely there will be some support or report option to claim it. It happened to me for my business but luckily i was able to claim it.

Request access via “Own this business?” link. If no reply in a few days, Google lets you claim it. If it’s suspended, use the reinstatement form with docs. Video call comes up only if other methods fail.

Try using the Request Access feature on the GMB listing first. If that fails, reach out to Google Support and let them know he's ready for video or phone verification. Be prepared with business docs just in case
