Has anyone developed or cameup with a way to recover from google pengui update? Spend hours trying to find something legit but its all the same old stuff people suggest:

get links from niche related sites
use varied anchortext and generic clickhere terms
create web 2.0's
use social media
press releases

but is there any actual ways of getting your ranks back? I haven' spammed my site at all, but somehow google penelized for no apparent reason, its a shopping site.

at this time, there is really not a good answer to that question, except for what you listed in your op...

I have just found that eliminating the "blackhat" techniques will work wonders. I've been very simple with what Ive done to get back up the ranks. I share it over multiple social networks once and let the rest do its work. It hasn't come all the way back yet but the way I see it, slow and steady wins the race. As abovce poster opinted out, Link diversity is another great way to do it too. But this time around I do it on a small scale, like a few quality links here and there...not the 1000 backlinks in a sitting like we did before.

Like Panda, Penguin is not active all the time. It is periodically run. Until they run it again, it is difficult to say what works. I recovered one site early on, but who knows that could be a fluke. Best advice is to build links using naked urls, domain.com and Domain.com. Google would have an impossible time devaluing links such as those. :D

My website just recovered..

All I did is creating more links with huge anchor diversity steadily.

Hope you'll understand :)

Thanks for your link..let me try this out for my site..

Thanks

Most of Micro-niche sites that got hit by penguin update are owing to anchor text distribution. Most of IM?s uses correct Keyword with anchor text to urge backlinks from everywhere. If you have got done an equivalent, you must work on increasing the diversion of links. attempt to get links to your web site and pages with completely different anchor text.

There is no magic way to recover from the penguin update...
3 of the best ways to get that kind of links that will help you get more traffic without relying to Google and at the same time get more traffic from Google are the following:

Blog Commenting: This is certainly not something new but commenting on authority relevant to your niche blogs can do wonders (just don't spam and always try to add value)

Guest Blogging: Guest posting is becoming more and more popular each day and is probably the best free way to promote a site, you just need quality content and you should guest post on quality and relevant to your niche blogs. You not only get the best possible links you could get but you will also get traffic, build relations with influential bloggers and if you guest post regularly you could establish yoursself as an expert on your field

Video Marketing : Sharing videos on youtube is a certain way to get more traffic and even though backlinks are nofollow they still pass value, you don't have to create a great video, you could just make a power point presentation and this is only you will need, try it and you will not regret it...

Its expensive but I was on a webinar earlier this week where they were pitching PandaBonus(dot)com

I didnt buy it and im not promoting it but it is exactly what you are asking for
