Hi Guys,
how to recover those sites that have been hit my penguin? I am not a fan of Matt Cutts!! So I am not interested in telling me Google to reconsider the site :P Is there any other way? The site that I am gonna work on has the following stats --

Google PageRank = 2
Alexa 3 month Rank = 709,457

On-Page links count = 139
Domain Age = 23-sep-2000
Backlinks = 528 backlinks from 219 different all domains.

With the information you provided We can't decide why your site is penalized. But if you follow 3 rules you will definitely recover from penguin penalty...

1:Diversify your anchor texts.Use more generic and brand keywords.Get links with domain name as anchor text.Your money keyword must be less than 30% of your total backlinks anchors.

2:Build Lots of links to your sub pages......This will increase your domain authority and you will be recovered from penalties(not only penguin but any kind of penalty).

3: Don't use unreadable spun content in your tire1 links. Its better to use spun articles which are readable, without any grammatical mistakes and upto 1000words.

I followed above steps and my sites are recovering successfully....

Sry for bad english :P

Hmm.. what backlinking tool did U use? and by "sub pages" U mean inner pages of the domain right?? and how much time did it take to recover?

There has been 1 update so far so you are asking a question that people don't know the answer to. I've seen a couple of threads saying that they have recovered but nothing concrete and nothing that can be applied to other sites. Most things posted are just observations of sites that were slapped.

Get social signals it will not harm only can help. Also try to add more anchor keywords.
