How to recover encrypted files?

Hello,

I accidently deleted important files, I'm using pandora recovery software but the file always shows in yellow color and says it encrypted and I cannot recover it, anyone here know how to recover files that are encrypted?

Was I encrypted? Are you recovering on same system or have you put drive in another system?
maybe try a different recovery software just to confirm?

Try Recuva its free and a very good program

Hello,

Can anyone help me out, I have used many programs, but the problem is some files shows in yellow color which means it's encrypted and I cannot get these files which I need.
