How to recover disabled account

They were phone verified.
Accounts at mailname AT yahoo.com I can access the email, I have a notation of the phone # used for verification, but no current way to access the phone.
Never did any spamming, the only violation would be common to all PVA's. They are not really real people.
The message sends me to a page that includes several possible reasons, the likely problem is that they think the pva is not a real person.
They were all purchased from the same guy.
I bought 10 back in August 2010 five are disabled with the same message.
