How to recover auto saved post

I was writting a post,took me a lot of time.
Then after clicking the preview button it all disappeared!

Any idea if it's possible to recover it? It said that it was being auto-saved.
Auto saved to where?

You are talking about Wordpress or Blogger or any other Platform?

if its autosaved then its should be saved as Draft.

Just wrote like 2500 word journey. Guess its gone huh? Awesome.
Edit: Actually had to start a new thread for button to show up not just hit the back button to where you were.
Edit2: Actually I lost about an hours worth of typing. Honestly feel dumb for not typing in Word first. Been falling for this for 15 years
