How to record audio conversation while showing something?

I'm gonna teach to my client very important stuffs but at the same time he needs recording of both the video and audio sessions? Any software that does this both AT a time? I know team viewer is best for this but how about audio? Does it record the audio also? if so how?

If you're talking over skype they have many free plugins for call recording.

An all in one solution I believe would be Camtasia Studio, double check this though on their feature list.

Thanks for reply.. but i'm neither from US nor I'm doing something UNLAWFUL without anyone's consent. I just want to show my client a live tutorial on software like team viewer YET at the same time It must be recorded so that my client will have everything on his hand to watch the session and there he can also listen what I was speaking and clearing his doubts in that audio live tutorial..

Camstudio has just the one side faciliy I think? Or it does also records what the other person speaking on it??
