I want to know is there any method to find out the best seller on eBay irrespective of their physical or digital products.

Best seller, perhaps the number of feedbacks star rating?

look at the feedback and the number of feedback per month. it's hard to keep feedback above 99.5% if you're getting 1000+ feedback/month because a lot more people try to scam the high volume sellers especially if they sell inexpensive items.

do you mean in a particular niche? or like the best seller in the best selling niche? in short you need to do some research.. just search some popular products, see who is ranking first, see there sales record, look at there feedback, what they sell, what else they list.
