How to Receive from Amazon Affiliate UK

Hi,I'm from Malaysia.I currently run a niche site that use EasyAzon, which can localize the traffic from Canada and UK. It turned out that the site make a decent amount of money on Amazon Affiliate UK and I would love to receive the payment.However, the Payoneer UK Payment Service doesn't offer IBAN & BIC code that are required for direct deposit.So is there anyway to receive the payment from Amazon UK?If I receive payment via cheque, how long it usually take to receive the money (of course, after 60 days threshold)?Thank you
