How to read Majestic charts

Morning guys,

I was just wondering if anyone knows how Majestic generates its TF/CF charts. For example, these domains have pretty similar metrics but very different charts:



It's like this oftentimes, domains have similar metrics but very different (empty!) looking charts.

Can anyone brighten me up?

What are the dates that chart represents man, if there are different dates there must be the problem in that domain.

Like quality content, page speed, backlinks traffic and page updates would effects the difference in the chart.

This is my thought

Had a chat with Majestic via email. What's most likely to cause these empty graphs is that the backlinks are piss weak and the TF/CF comes from internal links.
