You can always use RSS. In wordpress sites, generally is the domain name + /feed/ For example if the blog is in mysite.com then mysite.com/feed could be the rss. You could access to it via any RSS reader like feedly

If the website is in English, change "Detect Language " to another language, Spanish for example. Then make sure the translate language is set to English and then go.
It might render a bit weirdly but you can read the content.
It can also act as a basic proxy allowing you to view content which would otherwise be blocked.

I can confirm this is the best way to do it (of course you need to use a VPN or THOR) if you're willing to read about something that may lead you to jailYou can also click the green triangle next to the url and then "cached" to view the latest cached version from google without actually visiting the page.
