One method I used that seemed to be effective for top post was
-Buy an account with 10k+ followers that had atleast 500+ likes organic from following
-Buy 1000 likes on the post you want to reach top that don't come in all at once, reach top post and buy more likes daily to keep your post on top post.
I'm working on a project and my method doesn't seem to be "as effective" as it once was because of recent updates.
