Now how to know who will buy this?

Should I just write articles? Should I mass DM random people about my scraper?

What is the process to know who will buy this?

Once I know who will buy this. How do I reach that particular type of buyers?

You need to ask yourself why would anyone need this type of service and what problem does it solve. Then you can think about who needs to solve these issues.

For your specific example, you would have to post ads in forum marketplaces like BHW.
