I have been following some content creators from instagram and youtube about the topics I like and they are small accounts. I've started a blog about those topics and also an instagram, pinterest and youtube account to get traffic. I use wordpress with the free plan. I have no idea how to make the content seen to the people that have the same values and interests as me. Note: the topics I'm interested in are not viral, they are for simple people 
I don't strive to get much attention but rather conect with the people that also enjoy those themes. I wouldn't like it though if I had to "advertise" my account, I don't want to comment such things like "I have made a post /video about this".. Any advice? Also, does the free wordpress plan allows you to have good seo or do I have to upgrade? I'm not able to upgrade the plan for now, so if you have any tips about how to get traffic for free I would appreciate it ^^
